      We do not agree with the claims in this review, which are vague and unsubstantiated. Terms like “donkey work” are not constructive and do not reflect the actual scope of work at PureCode. Our employees work on real, high-value projects and their skills are respected and utilized. We have clear policies in place to address concerns about management or workplace culture, and we encourage current or former employees to raise specific, factual issues through the proper HR channels rather than resorting to unfounded generalizations.
