      Promises of innovation are buried under endless chaos and exhaustion

      There was some freedom to experiment with new frameworks and a few talented developers on the team, but that barely scratches the surface.

      Cons

      - The company promised innovation but delivered nothing but disorganization. - Roadmaps changed constantly, and features were abandoned without notice. - Developers were forced to work late nights fixing rushed, untested code. - There was no planning or strategy, only constant scrambling and patchwork solutions. - The fast pace did not inspire creativity; it drained every ounce of energy. - By the time products were finally shipped, no one had the will or passion left to care.

      Pros

      Some of my colleagues were great to work with and incredibly talented. I was able to learn quite a bit from them.

      Cons

      Employees are being overworked at PureCode! I had to work overtime a lot because of how overwhelming the workloads are, as well as how brutal management's demands can get. We weren't even provided with any support or any compensation for the extra hours we ended up having to do!

      Pros

      Working overtime has its perks. Free food, deliveries, fun colleagues.

      Cons

      Long hours and overtime work was a regular routine! It would be a miracle if we get out of the office at 5! Sounds ridiculous, but it's the truth! Management's crazy and working with them was awfully stressful and exhausting!
