My experience at PureCode has been extremely disappointing. Salaries were delayed for months, and despite regular follow-ups, there was no transparent communication from management. PF deductions were made, but the actual deposits and updates were never reflected properly. The level of micromanagement is unbearable, with leadership showing no clarity, direction, or accountability. Decisions are impulsive, processes are messy, and the entire work environment feels unstable. The product engineering function is equally chaotic — no structure, no meaningful roadmap, and constant changes without logic or leadership support. PureCode severely lacks professionalism, financial discipline, and basic respect for employees. This has been the worst company I’ve worked with.

My experience at this company left me completely exhausted and frustrated. The owner made promises that turned out to be lies, especially about pay and work expectations. Workloads were consistently heavy and the so-called competitive salary was well below the national average. Management was disorganized, and decisions about the product often made no sense. Payment delays were common, and as a contractor I sometimes felt trapped like I was in jail waiting for my last two months of pay. While I gained experience managing tight deadlines, but it barely balanced out the constant stress and poor management.
