Lots of internal opportunity and growth development, many people who have been promoted from within from frontline to senior management. Great people who work there. Good benefits, vacation time, and bonuses for salaried staff. Very good compensation for frontline employees.

Very fast paced environment with a high workload.

Pros

People. There are a lot of great tenured people who still see the business as a family and care about its health and longevity. Ability to learn many aspects of the business, although this is due to constant restructuring.

Cons

Senior Management from SVP upwards. Lack of direction, and inability to make decisions that positively affect the business, partly due to CPC involvement and overshadowing that forces bad direction, for the sake of CPC advancement.

A lot of great people to work with passion and dedication.

Cons

A lot of instability. Many waves of layoff of people with seniority as well as recently hired. As a result; I would think twice about leaving a steady job and move for this company. I saw too many people with just a few months in being let go because of a change in direction.
