Pros

New head office location is nice

Cons

Senior management in head office is very old school and not open minded or trustworthy. Use of intimidation, bullying is regular practice. Marketing and Strategy is unprofessional and inappropriate - driven by politics and not what’s best for the organization. Communications, Retail and Marketing Leaders are very focused on themselves and not their teams or business goals. Not honest or trust worthy. Be careful.

Pros

I sadly didn't have any positive experiences while employed here.

Cons

Sexism, racism, homophobia and lack of respect between coworkers is rampant. Customers in retail are RUDE, scream, threaten and swear at you daily. The warehouse has little to no heating. Employees get into fights and scream at each other in front of managers and managers do nothing to resolve the issue. Due to lack of management supervision toxic environments are created employees gossip, treat each other terribly. They don't care either because their opinion is those mean employees can get away with it because they have seniority and they do their job so they can behave this way unchecked. Employees assault each other and management does nothing. Management goes on about health and safety but don't actually care about it. The whole thing is work faster no matter what. You're expected to always work overtime, most people pull 12-16 hour days 7 days a week. Instead of hiring more people, or creating more FT positions to help they just don't. They say you need to be able to lift 70lbs but they expect you to be able to lift much more than that. There are obviously good people that work there, but because of the negative people it really brings the good people down emotionally.
