Vacation time is decent, you start with 3 weeks Middle management and front line employees are good to work with and want to win

Cons

Senior management cannot take constructive criticism. The direction and resources of the company are focused on pointless endeavors versus actually focusing on investments in new products that will deliver sustainable future growth Old boy network Sales support resources are a joke. Sales takes the blame for everything. Operationally tools are non-existent to hold our US partners accountable Bonus plans are a joke

vacation time is nice. 3 weeks.

Cons

They are a complete disaster . They hide behind what Purolator Courier of Canada does and pretends that they have the same beliefs. They may be the parent company but you get nothing from the parent company. All of the technology and services that makes Purolator good in Canada does not cross the border. Purolator USA is a backwards company that is still in the 1990's in business approach and technology. They hire people that have no idea how transportation works and puts them in charge. They have no idea of how sales should work and they should reward people. The put ops in charge of sales and then send ops managers out on sales calls.

Nice office, the cafeteria serves good food, organized company

Cons

Micromanagement, and libertarian hell hole. Pretty much they treat you like robots, and if you defy their rules, these folks will humiliate you. Director there is some power hungry person. And good luck getting a promotion
