Good people to work with Great exercise every shift since physical job in warehouse

Cons

Management is terrible. Yelling to employees every day. They don’t care for staff only that the job is done. So many negatives They will use and abuse you until they don’t need you anymore

Pros

Great team, Hard physical work. Lots of hours if you want them most times. I really enjoyed working with the crew, as they were mostly all great guys with a positive mindset

Cons

Sometimes super cold when unloading freight from the trailer in Jan-Mar. Definitely a physical job. Management often made changes, either in how things were done on the floor of in your role specifically. It certainly affected the culture of the staff, and depending on the person - would cause certain issues in tempermant etc.

Pros

Love the job delivering packages jamming to tunes, keeping customers happy:) stressful near Xmas but lots of overtime!

Cons

Stressful as a newcomer especially if not from the area you are working but now that GPS smartphones etc are around much easier to adjust.
