Good pay after 4 years of working there, and benefits.

Cons

-Time to start working, no time to finish. - The smaller schedule worked was 10 hours. -No breaks, even though they say you have it, there's no time for it, everyone eats in between traffic lights. - Don't have time to go to the washroom. - Some supervisors don't know how demanding the job is, because they never did it. - You have to load your truck before you leave for delivery, and some days you're assigned to empty the trailers and after that load your truck. Therefore you leave the wearehouse around noon, with the same # packages to deliver as if you were starting at 8 am, that's why most of the days you have to work between 10 to 16 hours, to be able to do the job. Very physical and demanding job, as some of the packages weight around 100 lbs, and there's not enough trolleys for every truck. -The trucks are always filthy and have no conditions. -

Managers are mostly useless and some even will harass you and get mad when you take it to HR...HR also does nothing to stop harrassment
