The Director of Operations is horrible she has ran everyone that used to work there out or fired them because they didn't like her or she didn't like them. They are over staffed. They expect their employees to cocktail courses and to work for 8 hours for a 100 and write you up or you don't make their DO look good for numbers.

where to begin? there is a fundamental lack of support, tools to succeed, and overall integrity. every shortcut that can be cut will be cut regardless of how slow it is. money left much to be desired. the managers lie to you about your wages at the interview, they are also never around when you need them. training was a joke. there is no consistency to speak of in anything.
