Pros
Front of house managers are good. You can make decent money if you are scheduled correctly.
Cons
The Director of Operations is horrible she has ran everyone that used to work there out or fired them because they didn't like her or she didn't like them. They are over staffed. They expect their employees to cocktail courses and to work for 8 hours for a 100 and write you up or you don't make their DO look good for numbers.
