      Pros

      If you are willing to waste your life formatting excel spreadsheets and spend all your evening and weekend hours doing so, they will pay you good money and offer excellent benefits.

      Cons

      The only people who last here are willing to give up their personal lives to do mindless work at all hours of the day.

      Pros

      It used to be that people and culture were the saving grace. But not sure that is true anymore.

      Cons

      Lost culture, disillusioned work force and politics hampering individual growth I acting the collective growth of the company. Constant pressure on metrics when metrics are promoting bad behavior is not good. There is lack of innovative thinking and always being in a reactive mode to address market needs. More of the same appears to be the norm!

      Pros

      Progressive, entrepreneurial environment, constantly evolving, benefits are good. I worked with many smart, well educated professionals and developed enduring friendships with many of them. I can't say that about any prior employer.

      Cons

      High pressure, unspoken overtime expectation, very political, off shoring as many jobs as possible. Unless you work in Assurance, Advisory or Tax, it's not at all as great a place to work as it once was (for IFS staff).
