Pros

The Company offers great benefits to the employees. These include a large vacation balance, paid Firm closures, medical, dental, pension, 401(k), etc. With working in Non-Client Serving roles the Internal Firm Services departments are being strongly encouraged to telecommute. This allows our teams to work from home 2-3 days a week, which helps out immensely with work-life balance. Everyone in the Company works to be flexible in any way they can, whether you need to take time off or change your work schedule. Great core values and ethics.

Cons

With working in the Non-Client Serving side of the company there was very limited earning potential and very hard to advance. This is understandable, as there are only "x" amount of back house roles needed when only "x" amount of market share is held. This just made advancing your career a lot longer than expected and kept you stuck in a salary range.

Pros

You will learn nothing and train at becoming one of the best suckers. If you are a technologist please do not bother being part of this firm. Below average talent.

Cons

You won't know how to make up for lost time.
