Great beginning, terrible let down.
Pros
Great benefits all around and the amount of internal organizations you can join are wonderful. I met some great people while at this organization. Being able to work from home was great while it lasted.
Cons
MASSIVE let down regarding the way they handled layoffs... I found out from an HR not message and proceeded to reach out to my RL, coach, HR rep, and deployment officer yet didn't receive a response. 40 min later, was added to a call with that HR rep with two minutes to spare and was told I was being laid off. An hour later, my final paycheck was at my door. Absolutely horrible. No care for their employees in the end. I worked such long hours, lost confidence due to horrible managers/directors and that is how they handled it at the end?! Just broke my heart. Also, horrible off boarding... if I wasn't on top of it, I would have never received info on my retirement accounts, benefits, etc.
