Pros

1. unlimited sick leave; you don't have to use your vacation time 2. definite perks if you come in at the associate or above level...don't come in as an admin and think you will be able to "work" your way up to associate...The EA manager in my office made this sound like it was virtually impossible to do!

Cons

1. IFS staff - especially EAs are treated like children and are carefully monitored by the EA manager 2. If you are an EA, your work hours are told to you and there is no working from home if the weather is bad or if you have a sick dependent to care for...the "work life balance mantra is a joke for IFS staff. 3. You have nothing of substance to do...all day you will sit and enter time from arrogant people who you will have to "hassle" to get them to give you their time on a daily basis, there is some travel arrangements to be done for the people you support, and then there's preparing and processing the expense reports...if you ever have time to get to it. Literally, all day, all I did was enter time.... 4. EAs in the WNTS office have to use a formula when submitting their own time -- and get this, you will have to use the client codes off of the individual timesheets of the people you support. It will take you 2-3 hours just to enter your own time....what a waste of time and skills! 5. Bottom line, don't come to PwC, if you are an experienced/seasoned admin professional -- it is a waste of time!!

Pros

Brand recognition, dedicated, intelligent and hard-working colleagues (especially in lines below managers), flexible working environment, access to loads of market data / methodology, chance to work with experts from other industries / countries

Cons

Worst compensation Top management doesn't consider about the demands & requirements of employees Being just a number in excel pay-sheet, some projects may become dreadful Senior management having an "audit" approach to "consulting" business (and failing epicly) Laid-back managers attending to job 9-to-5 The company does not care about the development and retention of talent but just focuses on short-term profits, which makes it loose the "good guys" employed by chance there. Frankly, I wouldn't advice any talented and smart guy to work here, only to take the brand name on CV and proceed...
