Pros

- great company reputation - interesting, usually well-known client companies - diverse, "young" teams - working hours and work life balance are good

Cons

- work tends to be really focused around the balance sheet, i.e. tend to be monotonous if you are not really into accounting - not that much direct contact to client, mainly in the office - employee turn-over quite high, especially young people

Cons

bad work life balance means you have little time spent with your family. salary is lower than a lot of other financial jobs
