Working at PwC is full of cons 1. Long working hours, have to work for 6 days all the times sometimes even 7 days a week. Reason: People who sold the project did a wrong estimation and committed on ridiculous deadlines 2. There is almost a complete lack of IT consulting knowledge available within the network, every time there is a new problem, the team has to reinvent the wheel and go about finding a new solution from scratch. Still has a long way to achieve maturity. 3. The cultural is very very hierarchical and the leadership team has very strong regional biases 4. Very bad work culture, the leadership would like to call it a performance oriented culture but it is not that. Promotions and appraisals are based on personal relationships, networking abilities, etc
