Pros

PwC is like going back to college, but getting paid for it. Everyday I learn so much. Personal development is highly encouraged and facilitated.

Cons

Hours are long and sometimes very monotonous. The long-hours culture is annoying for someone who values anything outside of work. Work load seems to exponentially increase with advancement, further encouraging the "pyramid" organizational hierarchy.
