-Free education in very reputable qualification -Hours are not bad in my office -If you can 'play the game' you'll get on fine -Reasonable progression and outside opportunities -Job is easy to grasp -Clear coaching -Nice addition to CV -International opportunities -Some people are great to work with -Great support

Cons

-Some senior staff and take advantage of more junior members -Being able to suck up to the right people is more valued than being a good worker when it comes to reviews (I suppose anyone can work hard). -Some of the staff are clearly de-moralised with most waiting for an opportunity in industry (good luck in this climate). -Firms is partner-centric with most happenings not relevant to junior staff -No-one's gonna do you any favours, watch your back! -Obtain your alliances -Pay could be better

You may be pulled into a project where you have no competence at all Career progress may be slow if you don't network enough Business development hours are not accounted for your appraisal but they often bring revenues Without enough chargeable hours everything else is secondary and you can forget about promotions or bonuses
