Pros

Still offers hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Bad KPI. Main KPI as an associate is your utilization hours on billable client (client that has signed an engagement letter or at least agreed to our fees). However, many times we start putting in hours beforehand and if the client suddenly decide not to engage with us these hours won’t be count to our utilization. Mind you that these hours can sometimes contribute to 1/3 of our total hours in a week. And when it comes to performance review our utilization will look low and managers will conclude that we’re not engaged with enough projects to keep up with the minimum hours and give them a reason to dump us with more projects.
