Pros

Completely paid for my C.P.A, and gave me a bonus. A lot of holiday and PTO, compared to other companies (however, it is the same as other public accounting firms).

Cons

Most people on your own team won't care about your development, only their own personal advancements.; it's a dog eat dog world. They would rather you do things slowly, instead of finding processes to speed up routines, so they can charge their clients more money. Company culture expects you to sit and wait around even when you don't have any more work to do.

Pros

Pay, Learn politics and win.

Cons

PwC doesn't know the value of technology (CyberSecurity). Simply bark in front of clients that they know and have well-trained resources. But, eventually, fail in executing projects. It's just another crap consulting company.

Pros

Big 4, good people, take care of employees, not a cost focussed but value focussed firm. Great brand.

Cons

Politics, people with more fluff and less competency are able to get away and play politics with competent people. Relationship with directors triumph over performance.
