It is a company you love to work with. The project we are working on is very challenging and exciting: developing autonomous electric aircraft to really make people's life better. Current team is not large but has strong technical background. The project moves very fast and we achieved a lot in the past two years. Great company culture. Very collaborative and open-minded working environment. All team members are very supportive and easy to work with.

-People. So far everyone at Pyka is extremely competent, fun, and respectful. They care about making products that improve lives. I look forward to seeing my coworkers every day! -Fast efficient progress. We test and learn as quickly as possible, without compromising on safety. -Work space/location. I live in SF and the reverse commute to West Oakland is awesome! -Work/life balance. There's a strong focus on "quality" over "quantity" of work. We work hard, but only for a reasonable number of hours.
