      Never worked with a more cohesive and results driven team. Open and honest communication is actively encouraged. Learning every day while working on exciting projects on the cutting edge of aviation technology!

      Pros

      Small team, leadership is very accessible. Great culture, with a worthwhile mission. We get lunch every day, and we eat it together. People hang out with each other outside of work hours. If I take two steps from my desk I can see our aircraft in the shop. Fancy coffee machine in the office, if you're into that. Standing desks for everyone.

      Cons

      The building is cold in the mornings, but some people wear shorts, so maybe I'm just a wimp.
