Pros

There are some highly talented people here (though they are now leaving), the benefits package is good, and the product has real potential.

Cons

The culture became toxic before layoffs began in May and has only worsened. Leaders who tried to work with the executive team to focus on scaling the business, fix known issues, and unify the culture were let go because they admitted that issues existed. The remaining leadership is very junior, and the organization has lost faith that leadership can move the company forward. Turnover has become a massive concern as sales leadership cannot close business.

Pros

Good healthcare perk but in all other HR benefits way below industry norm. Product is trying to be enterprise grade. There is some investment on customer success to reduce churn.

Cons

The management are delusional that they wil beat SAP sales teams and other major players. They price by making it up as they go and clients find out after they have signed the pitfalls of working with a short sighted firm. More churn per year then are net new. Thus the layoffs and cost cutting of late. Not sure that they would even be bought for the IP alone. I feel the investors will take a "bath" on this one
