The software is good, that’s about it

Cons

Toxic work environment, terrible communication and a total lack of ability to run a successful company. Hired like crazy in 2022 and has already done 3 rounds of layoffs. Stopped paying partners and even delayed paying employees. Stay away! There are many competitors that would be better to work for in the same industry.

Some very talented people, comprehensive platform offering, a few good customers who benefit from using Pyramid

Cons

Too many to mention: a number of RIFs have occurred, there is a lack of ability to sell the platform to new customers, sales leadership is weak, executive leadership is absent, yet HR is everywhere telling people that their time is up. Seems to be move to centralize things in Israel. Platform offering is good but suffers from offering too much, hard to convince users of competing solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc) why Pyramid is better. Betting big on SAP environments, but very few deals actually cross the line. Partner ecosystem is overinflated, lots of partners are signed up but only one or two partner deals closed. Culture has become toxic as everyone points fingers at each other. The BI market is crowded and Pyramid just can't seem to cut through the noise.
