Very excited about the launch of Pyramid's new platform - which has been getting rave reviews from my early key customers. It is going to be a pretty amazing couple of years ahead. A real game changer in the BI landscape.

Cons

There was some restructuring earlier this year, but the team is now super solid and very engaged.

1. The people! I cannot say enough great things about the people! Pyramid has hired highly capable and intelligent people that are a pleasure to work along side. 2. The product! I'm extremely excited for the next stage of the product. I really enjoy supporting a product that is innovative and truly aids businesses. 3. The benefits! The medical is the best plan I've had in my career. They offer a generous PTO plan. 4. Remote working. I really appreciate being able to work from home. It's an extremely flexible work environment.

Cons

Transparency and communication needs improvement across divisions/locations. Different time zones impact the ability to communicate in real time, so having clear and consistent communication and regular meetings would hopefully improve messaging.
