      Pros

      Technically efficient on the hiring/onboarding and employee benefits process.

      Cons

      Group is not as diverse or equally involved in the day to day as it seems there is a specific culture hierarchy. They do not give the same opportunities or work responsibilities to colleagues in the same position. People who are Indian are given much more leverage in every aspect of the job.

      If you have less than 10 days to get a job due to visa status, they might be a good short term fit.

      Cons

      They reached out on Linkedin with an engineering role at Meta that they said paid $80/hr. The role was for someone with "deep" knowledge of C++/CV/ML. Speaking with some friends, this is less than half of what Meta pays for this role.

      Pros

      No pros. They lie and use business names to lure you in and then act as if they are needing your social security number for the business you thought you were applying for. They call from California numbers but sound like they are from India and the website I finally checked was based in a different country not the us. Less than one star. I was never employed here. There are no other options on this form to select. I did go through the application process thinking they were the actual company and position I applied for.

      Cons

      Everything stayed above. They steal your information. They will email, call and text. Do not give them any information. Tell the police or whoever you need to including the business or company that they are posing for. They also give addresses of places that are no longer being used by that business. Very tricky if you’re not paying attention.
