As a private company founded by 3 industry professionals, backed by a strong and talented leadership team - there is a sense of family at Pyramid Consulting – that is part of what we do. For 25 years we have been a leader in the industry and have been the recipient of industry/client awards year after year. Our Pyramid Cares initiatives have supplied food, supplies, and PPE equipment to those in need in the communities we serve globally, we regularly give back with time, money and resources. It is unfortunate that you experienced something other than the Pyramid Way. Our benefits and pay meet or exceed the industry, and our turnover rates are low. It is understandable that there will be situations when there is not a right fit. In those cases, there are multiple options available to the employee to talk with their manager, or HR representative. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we will use it to train and improve processes where it is deemed appropriate.
