Pros

Competitive salaries and Benefits plan offered to all employees.

Cons

Highly unprofessional wife/husband owners Clicky/ highly saturated with office politics The owners have developed a reputation for being incredibly driven by US dollars and put their people second. Countless instances where the female owner identified a grudge or disdain for an employee and then diabolically goes about firing or releasing that person. They have a reputation in the community for being money-centric, everything else is secondary.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Pyramid Consulting prides itself on our professional corporate culture, commitment to our clients, employees, community and promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a private company founded by 3 industry professionals, backed by a strong and talented leadership team - there is a sense of family at Pyramid Consulting – that is part of what we do. For 25 years we have been a leader in the industry and have been the recipient of industry/client awards year after year. Our Pyramid Cares initiatives have supplied food, supplies, and PPE equipment to those in need in the communities we serve globally, we regularly give back with time, money and resources. It is unfortunate that you experienced something other than the Pyramid Way. Our benefits and pay meet or exceed the industry, and our turnover rates are low. It is understandable that there will be situations when there is not a right fit. In those cases, there are multiple options available to the employee to talk with their manager, or HR representative. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we will use it to train and improve processes where it is deemed appropriate.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It's good to know that compensation is very fair, but I'm concerned about the Branch Director issues you referenced. I'd like to know more about this so we can improve as a organization. If you're willing to talking about it confidentially, pls email me at loren@pyramidci.com so we can discuss.

Pros

They get you employed and offer benefits

Cons

The Heath coverage is expensive, there is no paid time off, and they have organizational issues. There is no notification if your wages get garnished so it's just a nasty surprise if it happens, especially if it was an error in the first place. It took over 2 months to get benefits started, so you may want to get insurance in the mean time or you will be fined under the ACA if you go over 3 months. I have asked for access to my personal records for pay stubs, deductions, etc, but it seems you have to go through the HR department if you want anything.
