      Nice Place, if you are desperate for a job

      Pros

      -OK pay compared to similar consulting firms. -Opportunities with Google, Meta etc. due to pay

      Cons

      -Upfront, they do not care about you in any way, you are a paycheck for them. -Comparing FTE roles, they take about 60% of your paycheck -Consultant management never knows what is happening. -Very bad communication. -Big red flag for me was no contribution to continued training/ certifications. -Bare minimum benefits. -No holiday pay. -Didn't even know when my contract ended and did not offer any help for another placement until contract was already over.

      Pros

      1) Helped me secure contract role at company near my home 2) Provided good benefits for medical, dental, etc. 3) Made it easy to provide time worked info so I could get paid. 4) Process pay on timely basis

      They tend to send a lot of reminders (that you learn to ignore)

      Good place to get hands on IT experience

      Pros

      Able to work on some lucrative in-demand technologies if you are hungry to learn and apply yourself.

      Cons

      *Office Politics *Pay/Benefits were not great when Education/Experience/Certifications were considered *No real career development offered *Diversity and Inclusion training needs to be taken more seriously from the top down. Very Insensitive/tone deaf comments leveled towards me from members in all levels of the organization. *Very high workload with little support *Technology/processes are outdated across all operations departments

One of the great things at Pyramid Consulting is that we are constantly looking at ways to improve the experience, and work with our leadership to address any disparities. All comments are taken seriously and reviewed internally. Glad that you had the opportunity to work with some in-demand technologies. Our HR and Benefits Teams are always benchmarking pay and benefits against the marketplace so that we offer competitive packages, and provide the opportunity for job/career planning. The business landscape is changing at a rapid pace and we all work to stay at the levels we want to be. In regard to DEI - we have put forth multiple training programs at all levels. However it sounds like we have to work even harder. Each of your comments will be shared with the appropriate manager so that they can be addressed and improved on where applicable. Again, your comments whether good or bad are important to our ability to fix and improve where needed.
