      Cheap Company that doesn't pay invoices on time

      Pros

      There are plenty of contracts to work with Pyramid Consulting. The clients are large and the opportunities are good with mostly long term gigs.

      Cons

      The company will nickel and dime you in every aspect of the a contract or full time employment. It is the culture of the minority run organization. Cheap company that do not pay invoices quickly on C2C. They will even get you to work more hours than allowed, receive the invoice, and then tell you that the client did not approve all of your hours. This way they don't have to pay the full monty. Beware!

      They offer a bare minimum to full-time employees

      Full time hours; taxes are taken out; health care is offered (but expensive)

      No sick time, no vacation days, no holidays (not even federal holidays)
