      Absolutely Nothing No Pros They use and throw employees.

      Cons

      After serving three years, They have terminated for not having job only two weeks. All the three years they had given the compensation 60-40 ratio. They will never share the client PO. Also at the termination time, They didn’t pay my earned hours. H1’s don’t look into this company. Don’t get you life spoiled like me.

      Pros

      No benefit of any kind in working with them.

      Cons

      They are one of those consulting firms that will try to squeeze every single dollar out of you, unless they can and as soon as the contract ends they will kick you out next day. If you are on H1-B visa and wanting to transfer to them, then just dont do it. They have the worst attorneys in the industry and it will be end of your career if you take this step.

      Very interactive in the beginning, very good at explaining the interview process

      Cons

      Had plenty of time (a month) to set up direct deposit Payroll promised on a specific date and not followed through.
