Pros

If you want to ruin your career this is the place.

Cons

Horrible place to work ........extremely poor management , Zero decision making capability , they will increase your targets to new heights. High turnover , they exploit their employees. Also try to swindle you off your commission. Seen a lot of people walk out crying because they were screwed over on their incentive . Rather work for the devil.

Pros

Paid training is alright but it is only 250 a week for 40 hours of work.

Cons

I did the 12 week training for java development and they talked like it was easy to get a placement afterwards. They did not set up a single interview or client after the training until the two month bench period was over and I was released. Afterwards they wanted me to pay 15000 to them after they did nothing for the entire period after training. Very disappointed.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we can assure you that this is not characteristic of our procedures and values. We actually work very closely with our candidates and clients to set up interviews and get people placed at great companies to work. If you’d like, please reach out to us at info@genspark.net to discuss what happened in your specific situation, but our commitment to each candidate is that we do our best to place you, and if in the odd chance we can’t, there is no obligation on your end to pay back the training that you received. We pay everything upfront, and so it’s in both of our best interests to get your placed and started in a great career in tech. But again, please do reach out so we can gain more information about your specific situation. Thank you! Note: if you’d like more information about GenSpark’s promissory note (which is our commitment to investing in you), read our blog here: https://genspark.net/news-everything-you-need-to-know-about-gensparks-promissory-note/

Pros

Not really any except that many companies use them

Cons

This company is far from being a professional and courteous hiring company. I have dealt with them for a job and every individual has an extremely strong accent making it impossible to fully understand what they are saying. They also demand tons of paperwork to be completed and every possible piece of information from you as well as copies of everything that you can imagine. I was very concerned giving all this information to them given the type of workers they employee. They will also hound you every day and call you multiple times a day as well as lie about many things in order to get you hired and then once your hired, they dont give a crap as they got their payment. If I had to do it again, I would have went through a different company after finding out that their fees they were making off of me were much higher then they should have been. If you have a choice, then stay away from this company.
