Does not honor their word. Pays their employees the bare minimum. Does not communicate with their employees or responds to any issues asked. Placed on a job and never met any of the management or the recruiters.

Communication: Poor communication during the interviewing process. I couldn't understand the recruiter on any of our phone calls so I would have to send him an email to reiterate what I thought we discussed. I also would receive calls in the middle of the night (i.e., 1am from their number w/o any voicemails left). I later found out that my account was being handled by the team in India, although i'm in Texas, so that would explain the unthoughful phone calls on their end. CONTRACT: My contract is written so that I am not allowed to work for any other company within a 25 mi. radius of the city I'm employed in after my contract ends. What am I supposed to do? My client has tried repeatedly to get me hired on my another consulting agency but Pyramid keeps reminding them about my contract so I am stuck. I have had some of the worst conversations with the account rep for my client when trying to discuss my options. Our discussion was full of accusations and complete rudeness. I have no idea how they could still have this account. I do not know anyone at this major Fortune 500 company that works for them although they assure me that there are thousands of us there.
