Indicative of where the U.S. labor market is headed.

Pros

They pay on time and in U.S. Dollars.

Cons

Most of your U.S. Dollars pass through India, a large number of those dollars stay in India before you get paid. The client gets your labor, Pyramid gets the majority of the money paid for the contract and the employee just becomes old, tired and frustrated. There is no satisfaction with working for this operation.

Pros

Never join ..........they don't give a damn about anybody but themselves.

Cons

Making it very simple , this is a family owned business and they keep it in the family , outside employees are hired and treated like garbage. Horrible and unethical company to work for. Senior management constantly lie to employees.

Pros

This is the only place I worked where there are very few pros. If I can think of any I will update my response. I've worked at other staffing agencies and would recommend to keep looking after coming across Pyramid Consulting Group.

Cons

The company is unorganized and there is very high turnover. One of the worst parts is that there's no HR so there is no one to protect you. If you think you're company on for a certain position, don't be fooled. You will find yourself juggling tasks from multiple departments. Their reasoning is this happens because it's a small company and everyone has to chip in where they can, but frankly, they just take advantage of their employees. Also, the benefits program is the worst I've ever seen and the CEO is clueless.
