      Overall, the company is in growth mode

      There is no follow through on employee's career path; the company fails to realize that they are playing with the livelihood of people. Due to excessive turnover and constant managerial changes, a discussed career path easily becomes lost in the unrest.

      Only reason to join them was unfortunately they were the first ones who approached me for the position

      Bunch of big liars in the Organization If you are on H1-B, then never join this place. They will promise you the moon until you join them. Later you will realize what you have gotten into. They will squeeze as much as they can out of you. The moment your contract ends, they will show their true color. Never met such liars in my entire life

      The pros are not visible to me anymore and I am looking for a new job.

      Cons

      They blackmail us and tell us if consultants do not leave good feedback on this site, we do not get our bonus. If your related to the family you get special treatment, but if not, you are discriminated against.

Ethical operations are a tenant of Pyramid’s Core Values. We are committed to operating ethically in all business operations, and do not extend special treatment to Colleagues who are “related to the family” as has been suggested. Any Colleague who feels that they have been subject to unethical treatment is encouraged to take advantage of Pyramid’s “open door” policy and address the issue directly with our VP of HR, our EVP of Staffing, or our CEO.
