This review is in for Shruti my HR consultant for my time at Pyramid Consulting. They are very attentive and always checking in on me & my colleagues. I appreciate it.

Cons

Sometimes theres an issue reaching a solution "quickly" due to not being in the same building but eventually a resolution is found.

Pyramid worked very effectively to place me with a well-known Bay Area tech company. Here are some things they did well, that other staffing agencies I have worked with did not: - Identified me for a role that was a great fit for my skills and experience - Helpful during the interview process without being overbearing - Responsive and supportive during onboarding - Worked to make the transition smooth when I converted to FTE

Cons

They did not know the roles of the people I interviewed with. I was expecting to interview with a Product Manager, a designer, and an engineer; I ended up interviewing with 3 Product Managers. It probably was not within their control, but as a PM candidate, be prepared to talk people with several different roles rather than focusing on one specific one.
