2yEnjoying the people you work with is an important factor in job satisfaction. We do have nice teams - thanks for being a part of that. Since most of our teams support US operations the night shift does take getting used to. This is the norm at most firms nowadays. You have to take care of your health, and our HR Team has put together mental health and wellness programs to help make it easier. Thanks for the feedback.
