It's a good company to work if you are at the starting of your career. You will learn lots of things there. Always get salary on time.
Cons
But please don't aim for longer association there because you will get appraisals but never think about getting promoted in regards of position. The person under whom you will be working has a policy- Once a recruiter always a recruiter and this is a story of all teams there. The managers don't want to get promoted neither they want that under them anyone else get promoted. If you ask for promotion, they will keep saying that it's not possible in our team & this happens in most of the teams. You just work hard their, get your salary, get appraisal in regards of salary but never think about getting promoted in regards of designation. Moreover, if you want to work longer in the company, only doing good work is not good enough. You have to have good relation with your reporting manager too. You have to walk with him, party with him, agrees with his every decision doesn't matter it's right decision or wrong decision. I have seen managers in that company who is working their for more than 7-8 years and don't do even a single work which usually he needs to do. They just come office, do timepaas, roam here and there, do everything apart from their official work & still enjoying life there. Recruiters who spends longer term their for more than 3 years of 5 years, at the end they have to leave the company for these politics and these politician managers. I would like to add here that the managers i am mentioning here are offshore managers sitting in INDIA. People sitting onsite are really very good & supportive but as their first point of contact for any kind of report are these offshore managers, so they also don't get to know that what exatly is going here.
