      Pros

      I had good experience with Pyramid Consulting. During the project recruitment and interview stage, the recruitment manager i communicated with was very professional. They shared all information i wanted during the decision making stage. I felt they were transparent with respect to the offer from client i.e. what they make and how much max compensation they provide to us based on the same. The benefits offered were good. I would say the Benefits are better than most of the job consultancies (not as good as the top service provider company ). Surely better of the most in the consultancy having 100-200 employee's.

      Cons

      I wish the health insurance options were better. 80:20 was the best plan offered. The deductible could have been better for the monthly premium being charged. But having said that they could have the dependency on the service provider.
