      Pros

      I worked with Pyramid for short time. They have assigned focused HR person, She was very proactive and taking care of all needs and addressing any issue ASAP. Over all working experience was good. Good medical benefit for individual and lots of corporate discount .

      Cons

      They may create lots of pressure to join ASAP once you get selected.

      - Honest and transparent management - Very good direct client base - Quick in GC filing and immigration processes - Very nice treatment to the consultants

      Cons

      - Pays can be better - Little high on insurance premium - Vacations policy can be better - Keeps 60-40 billing ratios for full time employees

      Pyramid Consulting, Inc. Hiring staff are great and I appreciate the Honesty and Transparency of the team. I joined for contact to hire role and they are professional and honest throughout the process and informing upfront each and every thing. Pay and role is much better. Payment is on time. Response from the admin team is great for all my questions.
