Pros

Pyramid Consulting is a wonderful place to work. People are very helpful, prompt, supportive and professional. My recruitment and on boarding was quite quick and seamless. Mayank and George were the point of contact for me and both of them been a great help and support. Thank you both!! Pyramid met the expectations and I highly recommend this company for any IT contractor and consultant.

Pros

1. You get to work at the Client site. 2. In-hand salary is fine. 3. No interference by them in day-to-day activities. 4. Salary gets processed on time if the time-sheet gets approved on time.

Cons

1. Company is least bothered about their employees. 2. No PF deductions or any other deductions. 3. False promises are made during the hiring process. 4. Fake commitments regarding shift allowances, job/profile description, leaves. 5. There is a salary deduction if you take more than one leave in a month. 6. No process defined for anything. 7. Contact person does not have any information or update regarding the contract renewal. 8. At the time of hiring, they make commitments such as, "You will be on our payroll for 6 months and then you will be a permanent employee. 9. They hardly interact with the Client company and instead ask their own employees to go and follow up with them. 10. Salary slips are usually delayed.
