      Pros

      1) A perfect place to get demoralized, degraded and humiliated by so called managers (they think they are, yet know nothing about managing people). 2) A perfect place to convince you that you know nothing after your many many years of experience.

      Cons

      Bad workplace culture. Yet they promise and project a lot while you are being interviewed. Not realizing that sooner or later one is going to come to know the truth. Yes it a perfect place for those who are diplomatic and would do anything (i mean anything) to make their managers happy. Then they do not even need to know what they are actually here for (to work).

      If you want to ruin your career this is the place.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work ........extremely poor management , Zero decision making capability , they will increase your targets to new heights. High turnover , they exploit their employees. Also try to swindle you off your commission. Seen a lot of people walk out crying because they were screwed over on their incentive . Rather work for the devil.

      Pros

      This is the only place I worked where there are very few pros. If I can think of any I will update my response. I've worked at other staffing agencies and would recommend to keep looking after coming across Pyramid Consulting Group.

      Cons

      The company is unorganized and there is very high turnover. One of the worst parts is that there's no HR so there is no one to protect you. If you think you're company on for a certain position, don't be fooled. You will find yourself juggling tasks from multiple departments. Their reasoning is this happens because it's a small company and everyone has to chip in where they can, but frankly, they just take advantage of their employees. Also, the benefits program is the worst I've ever seen and the CEO is clueless.
