      Pros

      Brought in to help company grow their channel and given the opportunity to do so. Company has been willing to go through extensive investment and changes to drive into the channel.

      Cons

      I came in with a plan to build a business and have been able to do so, but have seen people who came in without a plan and then struggled to get traction.

      We try to bring in the best talent, and invest in them. Channel Partnerships are an important part of our business. It is always good when our associates find opportunity. We try to provide continuous training to help people gain the traction for success.

      Pros

      Deepti Bisht Was my Consultant Care Associate and she was great to work with - very responsive.

      Cons

      No benefits (you can purchase health insurance through them). You don’t accrue time off or get paid for holidays no matter how long you work for them. I think they specialize in IT and that is not my practice area.
