The best part is you will get an opportunity to work with very good clients and management is very helpful in clearing all your concerns. The executive HR, Heena is very helpful and she makes the process very smooth from initial onboarding and even during working at the client site and clarifies all the issues, concerns or doubts you come across. Very responsive and helpful. Very good opportunity to learn and improve

There are no pros. They make a lot of promises but fail miserably at delivering

Forced role changes, terrible benefits, almost no paid time off, you never know who your boss is currently, Very low wage, no notice before being laid off.

They are fast in putting you in the job, quick response for any question or request, and willing to help you as the employee

Cons

the pay rate for the job is very minimal, the benefit is not that attractive, I bought my own medical insurance which is cheaper than what company offer with the same benefit.
