1- I was one of the lowest paid employees in my team as opposed to my colleagues on the same team in the same role working with different companies at Meta
2- They use hireright for background checks and hireright sucks
3- They ask that you send timesheets every week or your pay will be delayed. other companies in the same position do not require this level of communication/involvement from contractors
4- when they reached out to me again after I was no longer working for them they still offered a lower rate than another company for the same role.
5- try to look up the role description or information and apply through a different company
6- HR are messy…they wrongfully terminated me
