      Worst company culture. Politics within team, the senior expect you to do boot licking and if you don't they will kick you out, work as much as you want, its never enough, threats of being kicked out all the time, no job security, even if you perform great. Mentors will give you incorrect information or incomplete info in order to sabotage you as well. All of this toxicity for a minimum pay.
