Middle management is poor and untrained. Upper management is made aware and does nothing due to favoritism. Goals, targets and deadlines are not respected and road blocks make it challenging to be productive. Vacation is terrible.

They hire but what it seemed like was mostly immigrates. Their don't give any real consideration to hiring temps who work their tails off in the factory trying to prove eligible-ity to management. the Boss who workers there (not the supervisors ) Used to throw my check on whatever I was working on there, I lost 3 paycheck because it's a factory where thing's aren't meant to be thrown or dropped. Very rude Boss.
