      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, opportunity to make a difference, outstanding co-workers. I don't always get my way but I always get a hearing. Pyrotek treats people well and has a committment to them. The company has a great and well earned reputation.

      Cons

      Pyrotek is a lean and a flat organization. This means there can be limited opportunity for upward mobility. Good people are recongnized but not always in as formal or systematic a way as would produce the best benefit for the company.

      Pyrotek serious in doing their business, they provide everything to ther sales team, strong relationship among other engineer from other countries. Wordwide distribution channel and service.

      Cons

      You need to be more proactive in doing your works because everyone has their own works. So can not rely too much to other people.
