      Most co workers were good to work with

      Cons

      Lack of support. Many in fear of their jobs. Only way to make it is do as I say, not as I do. Poor management style.

      Positive outlook - but get rid of legacy employees who are dead weight holding back those with modern skills.

      Pros

      Family like atmoshphere - mgmt is listening to employees. Lucky if you get one of the progressive thinkers as your manager. Overall mgmt cares about its people. Financially stable.

      Cons

      Time off needs updating; some employees are "lifers" with little outside experience, which is a drag on company progress. Working in the plants is scarey - company has potential to be great organization but needs to take a stand on environmental impact and pollution, and keep up modern technology.
