      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, opportunity to make a difference, outstanding co-workers. I don't always get my way but I always get a hearing. Pyrotek treats people well and has a committment to them. The company has a great and well earned reputation.

      Cons

      Pyrotek is a lean and a flat organization. This means there can be limited opportunity for upward mobility. Good people are recongnized but not always in as formal or systematic a way as would produce the best benefit for the company.

      Pros

      promotions and advancement. i was promoted based on experience. Not my past.

      Cons

      incompetent management. inventory was impossible to control. no support from from management. They are too worried about getting promoted. The engineering dept is completely useless.
