Awesome work culture, flexible office hours, beautiful infrastructure. One gets ample opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Great management team.

Cons

You do not see any cons when you feel like going to office every day to do something new, exciting.

Some projects are very good and provide good exposure in Testing. Provide exposure to employees for working at client-side. I liked the QAIT culture.

Cons

Not many projects for Software Development and Information Security Testing. Managers don't possess adequate knowledge and exposure. Initially, they dont pay you enough, but after a year or so, appraisals are very good. More than even what top Indian companies offer.
